Staff are friendly and nothing is too much trouble. Plenty of great live music and events for all with a lovely local atmosphere. Excellent food, especially the Sunday roast I have this almost every week!. Love love love my local the Carpenters Arms and cannot recommend highly enough x

Im not just saying this, but quite frankly the best country pub we have EVER been too! Not just country pub, but pub in general! The staff who work here are lovely, made us feel so so so welcomed, they were so ...Ah thank you so much Molly what a lovely review makes me very proud of my little pub abd my amazing team. We went here for our wedding anniversary. The pub is set in a beautiful location worthy of the driver alone. Parking can be a challenge but we did have two large cars. And thats our problem. One your inside this gorgeous old pub you ...Glad you had a lovely time with us.

We had the sour dough wraps and I fully recommend them. Theyre really tasty and look beautiful when served. Staff were lovely too. Good real ale, super fish and chips, really light batter, only tried the small fish as this was plenty, the large fish was like a whale. Friendly and helpful staff
